Tourism in Karanganyar, Central Java (part.1)

Karanganyar is a regency that located in Central Java. It's adjacent with Magetan Regency (East Java) in East side, Sragen in the north, Wonogiri and Sukoharjo in the South, and Solo in the West side. There is a Lawu Mountain between Karanganyar and Magetan that separated Central Java and East Java. There are many tourists attraction in Karanganyar. They are divided into four categories: natural tourism, historical tourism, pilgrimage tourism, cultural tourism. Natural Tourism Gunung Bromo: Although, it's named "Gunung Bromo" but it's not Bromo Mountain like in East Java. In this place, you'll find a forest which has many rare trees, ex: Sandalwood. The interesting thing in "Gunung Bromo" is a teak tree that surrounded by banyan trees and called "Jati Kurung" (teak brackets). Not only unique, this phenomenon seems miraculous.
